Kalahari-waarheid is an adapted translation of Kalahari Rainsong , which tells of the experiences of Belinda Kruiper who started working at the reception desk of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in 1997, where she gained the trust of the San and assisted them with land claims. She tells campfire stories of lions, jackals and endless dunes to Mvula Yoyo, a native of Victoria West in the Northern Cape. Mvula is the former Transformation Manager of Mediclinic Southern Africa and a former lecturer at Fort Hare University. He currently serves on the board of the Foundation for Empowerment through Afrikaans.
