Cape Town based artist Kilmany-Jo Liversage created a monumental, expressive mural on two shipping containers. Installed temporarily in front of the C.P. Nel Museum on the corner of Voortrekker Road and Baron van Reede Street, the work becomes a meeting point that visually enhances this important intersection. Liversage is known worldwide and has produced murals in Australia, Columbia, South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom.
The colourful portrait of a female figure on the outside of these containers creates a strong visual impact. Within the containers, festivalgoers can purchase limited edition digital prints by some of South Africa’s most renowned graffiti artists at an affordable rate.
Keep an eye out for Bloom & Bliss: Karoo Edition, a Brutal print initiative.
A new print by Liversage is also for sale.
